"Stephanie was absolutely amazing. This was my third pregnancy but first time having a doula. And I’m not sure how or why I got through my first two pregnancies without one! Long before I was in active labor, Stephanie was extremely helpful in prepping me for my daughters birth. She showed me exercises, stretches, and breathing techniques to help ensure a smooth delivery. My third baby was a VBAC, and I knew I wanted to do everything I could to prevent another c section. Stephanie was by my side the entire time I was in the hospital, not only supporting me but also helping my husband and showing him how to help me stretch and prep for Gianna’s arrival. With Stephanie’s knowledge and support, I was able to have a successful VBAC and I am forever grateful. I cannot recommend her enough! Knowledgeable, supportive, professional. I couldn’t have asked for more."

“The Support That Made All the Difference”

"I still replay my birth experience very often! This was a moment I'll never forget - the pain was out of this world, but the support I had in and out of the delivery room made all the difference. Steph coached my husband and I from start to finish with so much information, reassurance, and genuine care. She supported me before, during, and after labor, always making sure my birth plan reflected me. She kept me as relaxed as possible through every wave of contractions- massages, oils, coaching words, breathing, everything. Took beautiful photos for me so remember that special moment and She even made sure I had chapstick and snacks on standby. We did a birthing class, curated my birth plan and The week of my due date, she came over to help me with a natural induction to get my baby girl to move down. stretches, breathing techniques and just to overall relax and that same night, my water broke My husband and I are truly thankful for the experience we had with her. 10/10!! She made us see why doulas are so important and needed. From the beginning She was always just a phone call away, always checking in and having her there along with my husband in that delivery room was the best decision I ever made! Highly recommend!"
